How to Challenge to a higher playing level.

Hi gals -

As we have many new players I wanted to remind folks that the first two weeks of each session is OPEN CHALLENGE time - any player may challenge any other player in the league.  Successful challenges will result in the exchange of positions of the winning and losing players.

It’s sometimes difficult to rank people and place them in the appropriate level.  Challenging gives you a chance to move up a level using the outcome of your match as the objective deciding factor.

We encourage challenges.  So, if you feel you should be playing in a level higher than you were placed, please challenge someone for their position.

To do this:

- contact the person you wish to challenge and arrange to play a match (you can challenge anyone on any team at this time - OPEN CHALLENGE)

- the player must accommodate a challenger within seven days of the challenge being issued

- a player may limit the number of challenges accepted to one per seven days

- challenges not accepted within seven days result in default (challenger automatically wins)

- the challenger is responsible for reporting results directly to the league coordinator (me) by email…you only need to contact me if the challenge is successful.

Deadline for completing challenges is:  January 31st

Ps… Spares can challenge as well.  A successful challenge by a spare will result in the spare assuming the team position and the losing player being placed on the spares list.
