We offer individualized and targeted squash training for players of all levels. Our elite training focuses on equipping players with the skills, mental and physical stamina necessary to succeed at the highest levels of the sport. We believe in crafting a holistic coaching experience in order to develop well-rounded athletes who not only excel on the court, but also in life.

Coach Mo is a PSA player and former Egyptian national player, with over 11 years of experience in the international and US squash community. Coach Mo has coached top PSA players such as world #1 Nour ElSheribini and US National Players including Casey Wong, Stanford University ‘20; Abigail Schuster, Princeton University ‘26; and Tommy Soltanian, Columbia University ‘27.
Since first holding a racket at the age of 5, squash has been an integral part of Coach Mo’s life. An Egyptian native, Coach began his career playing for his home club, Alexandria Sporting Club. Coach Mo’s love for the sport defines his coaching style - he leads and plays with heart. Coach Mo is known for his rigorous training style and results. Coach balances high expectations and tough love to yield the best results from his players.
Coach Mo built Squash Spirit to challenge the belief that squash is a highly individualized sport. He believes in the value of a team that trains together and believes in and supports one other. Team Squash Spirit plans to contribute to the growing squash community in hopes that Maryland will continue to be the home of the top players in the country.
Ali Bokhari, a professional squash player from Pakistan, has had an illustrious career. He’s won a Gold and Silver Medal in the Asian Junior Individual Championship, captained the Asian Junior Team, defeating Mahesh Mangolkar 3:2. He earned a Gold and Silver Medal in the Asian Junior Team Championship. He’s also won two Silver Medals in the World Junior Team Championship and a Bronze Medal in the World Junior Individual Championship. Between the ages of 11 and 19, Ali achieved remarkable success, winning 55 National Championships and 16 gold medals internationally.
We’re thrilled to have Ali join our team! His Sparring Partner skills are helping us train champions.
